As one of our marketing budgets, we will bear the 6% charge of good service tax (GST) that are charged on our customers every day. This means that the customers are not charged for any GST charge for every purchase of TDL shawls collections.
 

Free Delivery

 
At TDL, we trust Pos Laju courier service to deliver our products to our customers. Hence, all the ordered products will reach customers’ hands in 1-3 working days only.

In term of the shipping, our customers only need to pay MYR8 for Peninsular Malaysia and MYR12 for delivery to Sabah & Sarawak. For any purchases over MYR250 in one receipt, the shipping cost will be 100% FREE to anywhere in Malaysia.

We are confident with the products and services we offered to our customers. If you are an unsatisfied customer of TDL’s products, we have 2 offers for you! You can either get one on one exchanges with same value product OR you can ask for a refund.

However, the return products must be in good shape as they are in the plastics with the tag still attached. We will fulfill your request without any unnecessary questions. This guarantee only valid in 30 days of purchase made in our website.

The customers need to inform us first for any return products. As for us, we have the right to decline any requests from customers who try to violate the policies.
